Susan Fidler is head of Physics at Hind Leys Community College in Shepshed, Leicestershire and has been teaching science to students aged 14-19 for 21 years. During that time she has developed teaching methods and activities to encourage practice and improve confidence by success. Susan is now offering her experience to help a wider range of students via the internet.
